Day-by-Day Itinerary
Marrakech – Atlas – Aït Benhaddou – Ouarzazate
Cross the High Atlas, visit Aït Benhaddou and Ouarzazate. Overnight in Ouarzazate or Skoura.
Ouarzazate – Dades – Todra – Merzouga
Drive through the Valley of Roses, Dades and Todra Gorges to Merzouga. Camel trek into the dunes at sunset, dinner and overnight in a desert camp.
Merzouga Desert Day – Dunes, Nomads & Oases
A full day exploring the Erg Chebbi area: nomad families, the black volcanic desert, Khamlia Gnawa music village and oases. Second night in the desert.
Merzouga – Rissani – Ziz Valley – Midelt
Visit the historic Rissani market, then travel north through the spectacular Ziz Valley to Midelt for dinner and overnight.
Midelt – Ifrane – Azrou – Fes
Drive through Ifrane and the cedar forests of Azrou (home to wild monkeys), arriving in Fes for overnight.
Fes – Guided Medina Tour / Departure
Optional guided tour of the Fes medina, tanneries and madrasas, then transfer for your departure or hotel.
