Cross the High Atlas via the Tizi n'Tichka pass, walk through the UNESCO kasbah of Aït Benhaddou, ride camels into the golden dunes of Merzouga, and sleep two nights in a desert camp before returning through the Dades Valley and Ouarzazate — the "Hollywood of Africa".

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Marrakech – Atlas – Aït Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Dades
Pick-up from your Marrakech hotel and drive over the High Atlas mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka pass. Visit the famous kasbah of Aït Benhaddou, continue to Ouarzazate and the Atlas film studios, then through the Valley of Roses to the Dades Valley for dinner and overnight in a hotel.
Dades – Todra Gorge – Merzouga – Camel Trek – Desert Camp
After breakfast, explore the dramatic Todra Gorge, then drive through the Ziz Valley palm groves to Merzouga. In the late afternoon ride camels over the Erg Chebbi dunes to watch the sunset, then enjoy a Berber dinner and music around the fire. Overnight in a desert camp.
Sunrise in the Dunes – Merzouga – Dades / Skoura
Wake early for an unforgettable sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, ride the camels back and drive west, retracing through the gorges and valleys toward Skoura or Dades for dinner and overnight in a comfortable kasbah hotel.
Ouarzazate – Atlas – Marrakech
Cross back over the High Atlas with photo stops at panoramic viewpoints, arriving in Marrakech in the afternoon where the tour ends with a drop-off at your hotel.
